First Colorado Hemp Registrant to be removed from the Hemp Program

Western Slope Hemp Growers Association (Michael Smith) is the First Colorado Hemp Registrant to be suspend from the Industrial Hemp Program under the CDA.

These legal actions not only wasted valuable CDA time but also may cause an increase in registration fees in the future and open the door for extra regulations.

This individual has also been know to work with other "bad players" in the Hemp Industry and has been well know to spread 100% false rumors pertaining to the "Colorado Star" hemp seed variety sold here in Colorado.
